A guided partnership, not a solo effort. We walk alongside your church from your first visit through ongoing programming - coordinating with unit chaplains, handling TDCJ administrative details, and providing training so your volunteers walk in prepared.

Levels of Involvement

Prayer & Encouragement
Regular prayer for the unit, inmates, chaplains, and our team. Occasional cards, notes, or approved care packages.
Financial Partnership
Monthly or one-time gifts supporting programs, books, graduations, or special events like Freedom Weekend.
Volunteer & Teaching Support
Provide volunteers for weekly classes, or facilitate/co-teach with training and support from our team.
Event Hosting & Deeper Involvement

Freedom Weekend
One of the most meaningful ways a church can get involved is hosting or supporting a Freedom Weekend inside its adopted unit =- a multi-day event of preaching, testimony, and renewal that changes the atmosphere of an entire facility.
Churches can help cover real, out-of-pocket costs grants don't touch: printed booklets, materials for the event, and meals for volunteer teams.
