Hello Family!
We send you warm greetings this Advent season! This is a special time to remember God’s first coming as a baby in the manger as well as to anticipate His glorious return for His Bride!
While this season holds many special memories waiting to be made, we are acutely aware that for the incarcerated and their families, this is a very tough time.
I wanted to share with you my prayer for those we minister to and ask, would you join me in asking the Lord for special provision for them?
“Father God, we are coming into the toughest season for our demographic – we pray peace and health and contentment – ongoing healing for inmates and their families – there has already been one suicide we know of – missing family and the gravity of what they have done is heavy during this time – and Father, assemble the staff and partners and donors for 2026 and the strategies we need for moving forward – we trust in your will and direction, in Jesus’ name, Amen!”
Thank You for Being Here
We’re deeply grateful for your prayers, support, and partnership as we continue the mission that God has called us to!
May God bless you and your family this Advent season and keep you safe into the New Year,
Pastor Charles Anderson and The ELC Team
