Celebrating 2023

From everyone here at Epiphany Life Change, we hope you and your family had a blessed Christmas season! As we move into this new year, we are taking a moment to look back with thankfulness at everything God has done in 2023. We take this moment to thank you for your support this past year as we discipled the incarcerated and brought them the Good News of Jesus!

We are celebrating much here at Epiphany Life Change:

Graduated 2 TUMI classes that had been several years in the making.

Incorporated an entrepreneurial focus in our trainings to support employment for returning citizens through StartingUp Now.

Ministering, on average, to 600+ incarcerated men and women each month through classes, Sunday services, and Encounter Weekends.

Baptizing over 40 men, several of whom are Messianic Jews.

Launched ELC in England. (That’s right, we have a presence in the UK!)

Kicked off 2 new TUMI classes. One of them at a unit we’ve previously never had a presence in (Trustee Camp at the Terrell Unit).

Witnessed 77 men give their lives to Christ and 73 men rededicate their lives to Jesus.

And so much more!

Every day, we are interacting with men and women who are incarcerated. Our desire is to support them to become everything that God intends for them to become, all the while giving them the tools they need to take their rightful place in society. Thank you for partnering with us through your prayers and your generosity. God has big plans for us in 2024!

Blessings,

Pastor Charles Anderson and the Team at ELC

A Year of “Already In White”

In this short video, join us as we look back over the interviews from the “Already in White” film series. We want you to know that your contribution matters, greatly. These incarcerated brothers are learning about the Gospel, being discipled, and growing into leaders of the Church, all while behind bars. Your continued prayers and generosity are deeply impactful. Thank you!

In the Spotlight

Here at Epiphany Life Change, we talk a lot about our TUMI (theology and leadership) classes, but did you know that TUMI is just one of many curriculums we offer to the recently incarcerated? We will be highlighting one of these classes each month, with "Climbing Up" taking the spotlight for June.

Individuals may take our "Climbing Up" course in preparation for a successful reentry. Depending on how long their time away from society has been, it can be quite a shock returning to the free world and seeing the rapid progression of culture and technology (imagine seeing a smart phone for the first time)!

This course equips individuals with what they need to navigate all of the overwhelm and experience a successful reentry while staying true to themselves and Christ. Click here to learn more as well as explore the other resources we offer our clients.
